"Jiří Růžek est un photographe contemporain tchèque passionné de l’expression lyrique musicale (il a même fait partie d’un groupe de rock folk jazz qu’il quitte en 2005) et de l’expression photographique corporelle. Il oriente son objectif essentiellement vers le nu et le semi nu féminin, abordant des modes expressifs notoires, ciselés par une netteté tranchante du noir et blanc.

Ses modèles affectent des pauses exhaustives qui s’inscrivent très malicieusement dans le mode contemporain et moderne.
