It is almost unbelieveable, but just a few hours after I finished my latest article, I got a link to a free license of one of the most popular RAW editors - DxO Optics Pro 8. Is it a week of free RAW editors or what?
Current version of DxO Optics Pro has a number 10 and until the end of January 2015 you can download version number 8 absolutely for free.
DxO Optics is one of the best professional RAW editors for Windows and Mac OS. Unfortunatelly it still supports only Bayer sensor cameras, it means you cannot use it for new Fujifilm cameras with X-Trans sensor (it will work smoothly with old X100). But DxO supports also JPG and TIFF images, so may edit almost everything (except X-Trans RAF files).
