What is fine
Linking to a page, or sharing a photograph from this website on social media, as long as the author’s name and a link to jiriruzek.net are credited.
How to get a license
If you would like to use a photograph (magazine, book, exhibition, website, advertising), write to [email protected]. Tell me which photograph, for what purpose, where it will be published and for how long. Price and terms are agreed individually. A license is always given in writing and covers only the agreed use.
Prints
Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical photograph, not the copyright. A print must not be reproduced or distributed further.
People in the photographs
The photographs are made with the consent of the people photographed. Any use beyond this website and an agreed license is not possible.
Infringement
Unauthorized use will be pursued, including a demand for removal and compensation.

Jak získat licenci
Pokud chcete fotografii použít (časopis, kniha, výstava, web, reklama), napište na [email protected]. Uveďte, o jakou fotografii jde, k jakému účelu ji chcete použít, kde bude zveřejněna a na jak dlouho. Cenu a podmínky domluvíme individuálně. Licence se vždy dává písemně a vztahuje se jen na dohodnuté použití.
Tisky
Zakoupením tisku získáváte vlastnictví fyzické fotografie, ne autorská práva. Tisk nesmí být reprodukován ani dále šířen.
Osoby na fotografiích
Fotografie vznikají se souhlasem fotografovaných. Použití mimo tento web a dohodnutou licenci není možné.
Porušení
Neoprávněné použití budu řešit, včetně požadavku na odstranění a odškodnění.
