This policy explains what personal data I process on jiriruzek.net, why, and what rights you have.

What data I process
- Workshop notifications: your e-mail address, chosen language (Czech/English), and the time and IP address of your consent and its confirmation. The legal basis is your consent. I keep the data until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link in every e-mail. Afterwards I keep only a record that consent was given and withdrawn, for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with the law.
- Workshop bookings and enquiries: name, e-mail, phone and the content of your message. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one. I keep it as long as needed to handle the request and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Technical data: IP address and visit logs created when the website is served by the hosting provider. They are used for security and for the proper functioning of the site.
Who receives the data
I do not sell your data. Only my hosting and e-mail providers (Webglobe / Onebit) help me process it. Embedded videos and links to social networks (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) may let those providers collect their own data about your visit under their own policies.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies needed for it to work. Other cookies (e.g. statistics or third-party embedded videos) are used only with your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
