Patreon – Take a Peek into My Kitchen

On my website and social media, you usually see only one photo. The final one, the selected one that appealed to me most from the whole series.

But sometimes I was choosing from several versions, deciding between a black-and-white and a color version, or a series of photos came into being that doesn’t fit here, but deserves to be seen.

And it’s precisely such series and various versions that I’ve been posting on Patreon for several years.

For the photos, there is sometimes a brief description of the story or some curiosity surrounding their creation; I’ll tell you what light and lenses I used, and even what wine we drank during the shoot (if we drank any). Because, as everyone well knows, such photos after Riesling are often completely different from when you have, say, Primitivo or Merlot. And other photos are without wine.

You’ll learn all this there.

What won’t you find there?

I’d rather say it straight away so you’re not disappointed.

There’s no point going to my Patreon hoping to see explicit content that I otherwise keep hidden. When I shoot with a model, we don’t distinguish where the photos will be intended for publication.

I don’t cross the models’ boundaries, and I don’t shoot “Patreon series” either. It wouldn’t entertain me, and I’d become a slave to this type of service.

I don’t want that and I won’t do it. For me, Patreon is a place where I send what didn’t fit elsewhere – not a place for which I primarily create. My posts there aren’t even regular. When I have something to publish, I publish it. But as I wrote, I don’t shoot for Patreon.

If you’re expecting a model to show you more on my Patreon, don’t.

Expect that instead of one photo without a story, you can see and learn a little more. To peek at least slightly under the lid and be a little closer to the idea of how the final photo could have come about.

Some series you’ll find there for free (nudity must remain behind a paywall there), others you can subscribe to.

You can choose a small monthly payment in the amount you set, and newly, for some series, there’s also the option to pay one-off just for specific photos.

Give it a try, look through the series that are free there, and if they catch your interest, you can become one of the patrons of my work.

The vast majority of your contributions end up back in my photos. Whether it’s buying small equipment, props or outfits for shoots, or perhaps a little wine.
