Warning for eventual next contributors

Notabene, it was not my original intention to publish this information, but after many attempts to solve the situation, I cannot but make it public as a warning for eventual next contributors.

The Loft Publications (Barcelona, Spain), represented by Marta Serrats (editor) and Paco Asensio (manager), has not fulfilled the obligations concerning publishing rights for the book.

As Marta Serrats wrote 9 months after the release, they have "forgotten" to inform the contributors about the book release, they have also "forgotten" to send them a copy of the book (to be clear in this, she said that they do not have the books yet), and, moreover, they have "forgotten" to pay them - they had promised to pay 2 months after the release.
They do not communicate with the contributors and if they finally reply, they only lie and promise.

It took 9 months to me to get the book and a half of the money. Mr. Asensio promised they will send the rest of money "in a couple of days". Because it was not for the first time, when they talked about "a couple of days", I have asked him for any deadline. He never answered and also never replied when I asked him again for the rest of money.

Since from the very beginning (spring 2009) it was rejected from her side to cooperate on the basement of the contract, and the book has been distributed worldwide since autumn 2010, we can judge (according to a strange attitude of Marta Serrats, Paco Asensio and the Loft Publications) that the book was a big fraud and that the Loft Publications together with Frechmann Kolón, GmbH have published--, Slovart, Logos, Spektrum etc... have been distributing--, and Amazon and other internet or local book stores have been selling a book with hundreds stolen photographs.
